BOLASHAK UNIVERSITY HOSTED THE III REPUBLICAN ONLINE MEETING OF YOUNG TEACHERS AND SCIENTISTS OF KAZAKHSTAN

 

 

On April 29-30, 2015, Bolashak University hosted the III Republican online meeting of young teachers and scientists of Kazakhstan "DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION of EDUCATION: a LOOK into the FUTURE".

The purpose of the III Republican meeting of Young teachers and scientists of Kazakhstan is to discuss issues and long-term plans, use them by determining the role of information technologies in the field of education in emergency situations. This event is aimed at the implementation of the orders of the President of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev and Minister of education and science of Kazakhstan A. K. Aymagambetova for the promotion and study of innovative trends and methods of online and distance learning in the context of the pandemic among young people.

Tasks of the III Republican meeting of Young teachers and scientists of Kazakhstan "Digital transformation of education: a look into the future":

- Discussion of long-term plans and problems of education in the context of digital transformation;

- formation of a discussion platform aimed at developing new ideas in the field of education and science;

- creating conditions for the exchange of experience of young scientists and teachers by conducting master classes;

- popularization of the modern model of a young teacher-scientist by demonstrating the contribution of young people to the modernization of education;

- identification of the role of education and science, current problems and development opportunities within the framework of Smart-city concepts;

- support and promotion of research by creative young scientists;

- analysis of the directions of new and innovative educational programs for training crisis and post-quarantine specialists;

- development of recommendations and resolutions to the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on alternative technologies and methods of training in distance learning.

In the Republican meeting was attended by the trainees from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Turkey, members of the Association of young teachers-scientists of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of the Council of young scientists of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Center of information management technologies digital technologies of Kyzylorda oblast, Nazarbayev Intellectual school and young scientists of higher educational institutions of the country.

At the plenary session, the rector of the Kazakh national women's pedagogical University aldambergenova Gauhar Turemuratovna, the rector of the Tashkent financial Institute, Professor Azizov Ulugbek Uktamovich, Director of the Kyzylorda branch of NIS Zhumatai Bakyt, chief specialist of the regional office of transfer and commercialization of technologies "Smart-center" of Kostanay state University named after A. Baitursynova, PhD Kopzhasarov Tolegen Zhumashkenovich, Director of the KSU "center of information technologies" senior lecturer of the University "Bolashak", PhD Ibadulla Sabit Ibadullauly, young scientist of the Kazakh national women's pedagogical University, senior lecturer Lyazzat Rsalina, Institute of Economics and information technologies of Korkyt ATA KSU, member of the NGO "Alliance of young scientists", candidate of economic Sciences kulmurzaev Nurlan Serikovich. During the plenary session, the participants of the meeting were presented a small concert program in an online format. The program included songs performed by famous singers of the Kyzylorda region and students of the University "Bolashak" folk dances performed by the children's dance ensemble " Balbulak»

During the meeting, there were sections on "digitalization of education: psychological risks and opportunities" (moderated by Vice-rector of the University Marzhan Bazarkhanova) and "Innovative teaching methods in the digital transformation of education" (moderated by Chairman of the Council of young scientists of the University Olzhas Ramazanov), there were debates among students of Kazakh universities on the topic "Distance learning: advantages and disadvantages", a panel session of the Association of young scientists and teachers of Kazakhstan. The rally was attended by about 300 participants from 30 universities in Kazakhstan.

In addition, the meeting hosted a reception for the Association of young scientists and teachers of Kazakhstan. The Association is comprised of the rector of the University "Bolashak", candidate of technical Sciences, academician of the International Academy of Informatization Kazakhstan daurenbekov Kuanysh Koishikawa, associate Professor of "Veterinary-sanitary examination and hygiene" of Kazakh national agrarian University, PhD, Vice-Chairman of the Council of young scientists of the Kazakh national agrarian University, author of over 100 scientific and educational works, the chief Executive officer of Kantar Dulanovic, Chairman of the Council of young scientists of the South Kazakhstan state University.M. Auezov, PhD Department of chemical technology of inorganic substances Jankulov Nurgali Nadirovich, teacher of geography of high school №48 in the ili district of Almaty region, Deputy Director on methodical work Sarkytbaev Abylai Abdullaevich, senior lecturer in "Methods of teaching in Higher education, and international educational programs" of the Republican Institute of improvement of professional skill of workers of education system of RK CRK "Orleu", Kazakhstan coach Albina, PhD student, Department of history ENU. L. N. Gumileva Dastan Maratuly, senior teacher, young scientist of the Kazakh national women's pedagogical University Lyazzat Rsalina.

At the end of the meeting, the participants exchanged views and suggestions, an active discussion took place, new ideas were proposed for organizing the next meeting, and certificates and letters of thanks were handed out online to the winners of the debate tournament, participants, moderators and speakers, which were later sent to the recipients by e-mail.
