Education and science are the main keys to the development and prosperity of any country. This is not just a motto, but a truth that has become a principle of real life, as every civilizational period in human history is inextricably linked to the achievements of education and science.

It is a pleasure to say that in recent years, the country has taken systematic steps in this direction. Moreover, the Head of State, Kassym-JomartKemelovich Tokayev, constantly pays attention to the field of education and science, making specific decisions to strengthen confidence in the future.

This was evidenced by the International Forum of Strategic Partnersnamed:«Kazakhstan is the Territory of Academic Knowledge» held in Astana. This forum brought together the heads of world-class Universities, representatives of international rating agencies, and leading experts in the field of science and innovation.

The President of Kazakhstan took an active part in the forum, emphasizing that education and science are the most powerful forces for advancing human civilization: «A University is a center of advanced thoughts and new ideas, and a scientist is the driving force of society»,- said the Head of State.

These words are a strategic guideline not only for higher education institutions, but also for the entire society. The Head of State's personal participation in every forum and meeting on education and science demonstrates that this area plays a crucial role in the strategic future of our country.

During the forum, we, the heads of Universities, exchanged experiences with international partners and signed a number of agreements aimed at implementing new scientific projects.

This was also an important milestone for «Bolashak» University. We are making concrete plans to improve the quality of education to anointer national standard.

 Our main goal is to educate a qualified, modern-thinking, and goal-oriented specialist who meets the requirements of the labor market.

The forum has once again proven that Kazakhstan is strengthening its position in the global educational space and the future of our country, based on science and innovation is evident.
