COMBINING OF THEORY AND PRACTICE IN TRAINING MODERN SPECIALISTS
In order to improve the quality of educational programs, train competitive specialists in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, and develop the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students through the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process, the Department of Pedagogy and Art at Kyzylorda«Bolashak» University held a roundtable discussion with regional employers.
During the meeting, the participants analyzed innovative areas of specialist training, scientific and methodological foundations for improving educational programs, and effective ways of organizing practical training. They also discussed the possibilities of implementing joint initiatives aimed at strengthening the partnership between the university and regional institutions and improving the professional competencies of students.
The roundtable was attended by employers from the following educational programs:

The participants shared their experiences and made valuable suggestions. Such meetings strengthen cooperation between educational institutions and employers, creating conditions for improving the quality of knowledge and professional skills of students. The combining of theory and practice lays the foundation for students to become qualified and competitive professionals.
