COMBINATION OF THEORY AND PRACTICE IN THE TRAINING OF MODERN SPECIALISTS

 

The teaching staff of the Department of Philology, Journalism, and History at Kyzylorda«Bolashak» University held a meeting with regional employers. The main goal of the event was to improve the quality of educational programs, train competitive specialists in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, and consolidate theoretical knowledge and practical skills through the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process.

During the meeting, the participants discussed new areas of specialist training, ways to improve educational programs, and issues related to the effective organization of practical training. They also considered opportunities for strengthening cooperation between the university and regional institutions and implementing joint projects aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of students.

The event was attended by School No. 217, school with specialized classes for gifted children with trilingual Education named after Abai, school-Lyceum of Information Technologies No. 3 named after S. Tolybekov, school-gymnasium No. 9 named after N. Ilyasov, regional universal scientific library named after A. Tazhibayev, as well as representatives of the newspaper «Akmeshit akshamy» and the Kyzylorda branch of RTRK «Kazakhstan». The participants shared their experience and made valuable suggestions.

Such meetings will not only strengthen the cooperation between the university and employers, but also improve the quality of education and professional skills of students. By combining theory and practice, students will become competitive, highly qualified specialists.
