FORMING A PERSONNEL RESERVE FOR THE SCHOOL OF THE FUTURE

 

On May 28, 2026, in order to form the human resources potential of «future schools» in the region, the management of NCPC JSC «Orleu» conducted a diagnostic assessment test for graduates of the Kyzylorda«Bolashak» University of 2025-2026. This event aims to determine the level of professional training of future teachers and to form a high-quality human resources reserve for educational institutions.

Based on the results of the pilot diagnostic assessment, the professional competencies of applicants participating in the «Schools of the Future» project will be analyzed, and a personnel reserve will be formed. A pilot project has been implemented at the university, which provides for the possibility of hiring graduates who have shown high results in «Schools of the future» without a competition.

This initiative strengthens cooperation between higher education institutions and schools, promotes the effective adaptation of young professionals to the education system, and improves the quality of teaching staff.
