The progress of any state depends directly on the quality of its legal framework. Therefore, the adoption of a new Constitution is an important step that allows for the review and modernization of the country's political, social, and economic directions.

The main goal of the new Constitution is to strengthen the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, maintain a balance between the branches of government, and increase the ability of the population to participate in public administration.

Akmaral Seitkasymovna Pirzhanova, a senior lecturer at the Department of «Law and Social Sciences» at Kyzylorda«Bolashak» University, Master of Law, gave an open lecture to students on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The lecturer emphasized that the main document not only defines the direction of state development, but also ensures justice and the rule of law in society
