Constitutional reforms usually come from public demand. Over time, the old norms can no longer keep up with the demands of the times and require new changes. The new Constitution will provide an impetus for the country's renewal, strengthening of democratic institutions, and the development of civil society.

Understanding of this important document by the younger generation is one of the main activities of the educational institution.

The Kyzylorda«Bolashak» University has also organized a series of lectures for students to reveal the essence of the new Constitution and explain its significance.

BagdatBolatbekovichNasyrov, the platoon commander of the patrol police battalion of the administrative police department of the Kyzylorda City Police Department, gave a detailed lecture to the students about the successful implementation of the Constitution, explaining its essence and the new regulations introduced in it.
