On February 20, 2023, a guest lecture was held at the Kyzylorda«Bolashak» Universityon the topic: «Resolution of Labor Disputes: Theoretical and Practical Issues», with the participation of Boranbayeva M.K., a chief specialist at the Kyzylorda Regional Trade Union Organization.

At that event, the theoretical foundations and real-life experience of resolving labor disputes were discussed. Comprehensive information was provided on the mechanisms for regulating labor relations and disputes, the role of trade unions, and ways to prevent and resolve disputes. In addition, participants shared their insights on recent innovations and changes in labor legislation.
