THE «LAW AND ORDER» CONCEPT WAS DISCUSSED

AT KYZYLORDA«BOLASHAK» UNIVERSITY

 On February 11, 2026, a meeting was held at Kyzylorda «Bolashak» University to explain the concept of «Law and Order», which President Kassym‑Jomart Tokayev drew special attention to in his Address to the People of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by the teaching staff, students, and the head of the criminal police department of the Kyzylorda Police Department, Major G. Nagashybayev, the deputy head of the Kyzylorda Police Department, Colonel N. Pazylov, the head of the YUP of the Kyzylorda Police Department, Lieutenant Colonel L. Akhmetova, and the senior of the UPI of the Kyzylorda Police Department, SeniorPolice, Lieutenant D. Rysbekov.

 During the event, the importance of developing the «Law and Order» concept in the country, organizing events to prevent drug addiction and juvenile delinquency, and ensuring that young people understand the essence of the ideology of law and order in society were discussed. Videos were shown on the topics of online fraud, bullying, cyberbullying, and punishment for crimes.
